Toujours la déprime, après 17 heures, il fait nuit... :(
Trève d'état d'âme, j'ai passé trois bonnes heures sur un nail art sur le thème d'Halloween aujourd'hui. Ben oui, pas le choix, ma maman m'ayant acheté un vernis orange (couleur que je ne porte jamais), il fallait bien tester cette petite merveille.
Eh bien je n'ai pas été déçue. J'ai mis un rose pastel KIKO comme couleur de base, puis ai fait une french en V très "dramatic" avec ce joli Calisson d'ARCANCIL (deux couhes ont été nécessaires).
Là où j'ai pris du temps, c'est pour dessiner la toile d'araignée. Pour les lignes droites, pas de souci, quelques coups de linet acrylique ORLY et c'était parti ! Par contre, pour faire les détails, ce n'était pas facile. J'ai dû apprivoiser mon pinceau fin dont j'ai parlé ICI. J'ai effacé, recommencé, effacé de nouveau... En tout, je n'ai pas utilisé moins de 5 coton tiges imbibés d'eau (les deux côtés, hein). J'ai ensuite rajouté des petits strass orange et noir Ebay.
Au bout du compte, je suis assez satisfaite de mon nail art, surtout après avoir mis du top coat. Mieux : je ne comptais pas le garder plus de deux jours, le flashy n'étant pas mon truc. Eh bien finalement, je le garderais bien jusqu'à vendredi ! :D
En tout cas, j'ai testé et approuvé mon Calisson d'ARCANCIL, la couleur est très fine et jolie. Après, à voir pour la tenue...

Still sad times, night coming now at 5 pm... :(
Anyway, I spent three hours today on a Halloween nail art. I had definitely no choice since my mom bought me an orange polish (that colour I never wear), so had to try it.
Finally, I'm not disapointed. I put a pastel pink KIKO polish as a base coat, then I drew a very "dramatic" V french manicure with that cute ARCANCIL Calisson (two coats needed).
I spent more time on drawing the web. For the straight lines, it was fast, I just had to use my ORLY acrylic liner, and within a few minutes it was done ! But, the details weren't easy. I had to manage with my new thin brush - I speak about it HERE. I removed it, drew it again, removed one more time... I used at least 5 coton buds full with water (the two sides of them, of course). Then I added some small orange and black gems that I bought at Ebay.
At the end of the day, I'm pretty satisfied with my decoration, especially after having put some top coat. And even better : I didn't want to keep it more than two days, me not liking those kind of flashy colours. Well, finally, I think I will keep it until friday !
I really liked this ARCANCIL Calission, the colour is classy and cute. Then I will see if the polish lasts more than 3 days...
